Paryss Olivier C. Kouta has a very rich and long experience in Communication at national and international levels. He has worked as Radio and TV journalist in his native country, Congo Brazzaville. He rendered services to the United Nations Organization at the United Nations Information Centre (UNIC), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Heath Organisation (WHO), the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the World Food Programme (WFP). Paryss Kouta is presently affiliated as Emergency Communication Expert of the Norwegian Refugee Council (Norway)), the Canada's Civilian Reserve (CANADEM) and the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).
In addition, Paryss Kouta serves as Programme Director of the Integrated Marketing Communication for Behavioural Impact (COMBI) in Health and Social Development,
COMBI Institute/Senegal Branch that covers Francophone countries in Africa region. The COMBI Institute is linked up with City University of New York/School of Public Health. He also serves as Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Communication in Healthcare: Strategies, Media, and Engagement in Global Health, USA. Fluent in English and French, Paryss Kouta has trained several hundred learners in Communication, in Africa, Asia, America and Pacific Region.
In his long professional career, Paryss Kouta has worked in various fields of Communication, especially: Yellow Fever, Cholera, Meningitis, Ebola outbreak, Expanded Immunisation Program (including Polio, Measles), coupled with Mosquito Nets Use, Child Health Interventions, Primary Health Care, COVID-19 pandemic, Education (including Parenting Education), Child Protection, Nutrition, Water, Hygiene and Sanitation, etc.
In his 28 years career with the United Nations Organisation, Paryss Kouta has served in several duty stations at country, regional and HQs levels. They include Congo Brazzaville, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, the DR Congo, Nigeria, Switzerland, (Geneva), Guinea, Haiti, Bangladesh, Kiribati (Fiji) and Mali.
Paryss Kouta holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences – Philosophy option and a Masters Degree in Social Sciences – Philosophy option. In addition, he studied journalism and communication in prestigious institutes in Tunis (Tunisia), Bordeaux (France) and New York (USA).

Arthur Tweneboa-Kodua is a Development Manager and a Communication Expert in the areas such as Behaviour and Social Change Communication related to Health and Nutrition, Education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene and Child Protection and the environment, both in regular programmes and in emergencies.
In Ghana, Arthur Tweneboa-Kodua carried out the first Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) of some Government and Private developments and advising on environmentally sound management practices. He coordinated a national campaign on “Man and the Biosphere” with the support of UNEP, which for the first time attempted to show to a very sceptical Ghanaian public, the relationship between tree planting/cutting and rainfall patterns and desertification. His conviction of sustainable development in the third world as a communication challenge has since guided all his professional endeavours. Arthur has undertaken a series of pioneering work in various fields breaking new grounds in communication for development support over the years, initiating several country level programmes and taking responsibility for both formative and initial execution of the education, HIV/AIDS and Rights promotion programmes of UNICEF Ghana.
In his advisory position in Communication for Expanded Programme of Immunisation (EPI), in the UNICEF East and Southern Africa Regional Office, Arthur Tweneboa-Kodua worked with his colleagues in the country offices, to develop communication strategies to support routine immunisation from a human rights perspective. In the field of WASH, Arthur Tweneboa-Kodua has managed one of the biggest programmes in UNICEF, (approximately $ 100 million spanning five years, which involved providing managerial and technical direction for addressing rural and urban challenges in Bangladesh.
Arthur Tweneboa-Kodua holds a Masters Degree in Development Management (1997), a BSc. Degree in Planning (1980). In addition, he has two Post Graduate Diplomas in Public Relations/Advertising/Marketing as well as in Environmental Management and Protection.

At World Health Organization - HO/AFRO, Grace was charged with development and coordination of implementation of a partners regional strategy for Polio eradication and routine immunization as well as other Disease Control programs bringing several partners to work together (WHO, UNICEF, USAID, Rotary International, Red Cross, JSI, BASICS) . The role also entailed providing technical support to countries. Thus this position enabled Grace to work in most of the countries in the WHO /AFRO region. Of special significance is her experience working in Nigeria for over 5 years. The work covered various programmes including: Routine immunization, New vaccines introduction, Measles control, Polio eradication as well as Integrated communication for Disease Control programmes (EPI, HIV/AIDS, Malaria).
Grace holds an MA degree in Development Education (major) with Applied Communication (minor) from Stanford University, USA. In addition, she has specialized training in project development and management and strategic communication planning and evaluation.
Currently, Grace provides short term consultancy to Government, UN and NGOs. She also spends time providing volunteer service to the community.
